By accessing or using the Phlex Meds platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Phlex Meds reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Phlex Meds is a patient management and technology platform that provides administrative and operational support to independent physicians and practitioners who deliver care through telehealth. Phlex Meds does not itself provide medical services, employ healthcare providers, or influence clinical decision-making. All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use the Service. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration and intake process. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in termination of services.
Payment for the Service does not guarantee the prescribing or dispensing of any medication. All prescribing decisions are at the sole discretion of the licensed healthcare provider based on clinical evaluation, medical history, and applicable medical standards. If a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid medication charges.
Phlex Meds facilitates access to compounded medications prepared by licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished products but are prepared using FDA-approved ingredients. Compounded medications do not undergo the same level of testing as commercially manufactured drugs.
Subscription plans are billed monthly. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Lab draw fees are billed separately at the time of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Refunds for unused medications may be available; contact support for details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@phlexmeds.com or through your patient portal. No long-term contracts are required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Outstanding medication shipments in transit will still be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phlex Meds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Phlex Meds platform are owned by or licensed to Phlex Meds. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
